Courses

Global International Alliance teaches and trains individuals on how to develop and serve in the community. We also give recognition to individuals all around the world who help make a positive impact on building better communities. (GIA) Advocate University is  Honorary  and Award Program in Humanitarianism. We offer several courses.  You will find the requirements for each course listed below.

4. Honorary Doctorate in  Humanitarianism

For the Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism: All students are required to have complete5840 hours (or more) volunteer community service, must provide a professional biography, a professional headshot, four personal references that proves work in community outreach, in the non-profit sector, church outreach, or military service. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma, some college hours or a college degree. Must provide a proven track record of your body of work as a Humanitarianism, Must complete the interviewing process with GIA Board of Directors.

 

For the Certificate for the Advocate for National Community Services Program: All students must complete 500 hours of volunteer community service ambassadorship. Must have a

501(c)(3) organization or foundation. Must write a 300-500 word essay on the topic of Humanitarianism. Must have volunteered or had a partnership with others in the United States of America or countries overseas. Must provide three personal references.

Honarary Doctorate

Ordained Chaplain for
National Community Services  

 

1. Must be an ordained minister or licensed member of the clergy and you must provide proof of your ordination.  

2. Must provide a professional biography, a professional headshot and a detailed reference letter from your pastor stating that your character is in good standing.

3. Must complete an online Chaplin course and pass the Chaplaincy examination.  

4. Must sign our Disclosure Notice.

5. Must complete and submit proof of 400 internship hours as a Chaplain in training (300 of those hours are hands-on and 100 hours of supervision as well as other forms of learning are required). The internship can be done through the current ministry/charity that you’re involved in or any other operation that is in need of chaplain services, (i.e. convalescing homes, hospitals, prisons, community centers, shelters, hospice care, military bases or the workplace). 

 

(Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate, your Chaplain license, a Chaplain identification card, a Chaplain badge and a Chaplains pin).
