Important Clarification
The GIA Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism is not a Ph.D. degree.
It is a distinguished honorary recognition awarded to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional contributions to society through humanitarian service, advocacy, civic leadership, and philanthropic impact.
This honorary designation is conferred as a mark of recognition and respect for meaningful service and global engagement. It does not represent an academic doctorate, research credential, or earned academic degree.
